Show Scoring Rules Undercarriage

CLEANLINESS: MAXIMUM 5 POINTS
Once again we are looking for dirt and debris. (Additional points may be awarded for the discovery of freshly shaven road reflectors!)  Undercarriage includes suspension, frame, and gas tanks; cross members, air tanks, or whatever you have hanging out under your ride! Did you remember to armor all your bags??? Hint…

• 1 point for cleaned polished frame.
• 1 point for cleaned polished suspension components
• 1 point for cleaned polished tanks (air, gas)
• 1 point for cleaned polished (valves, lines, components) electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, etc…
• 1 point for cleaned polished rear axle

MODIFICATION: MAXIMUM 10 POINTS
We will be looking for all frame modifications but this category also includes body drops as well. This also includes suspension modification. Back halves, narrowed rear axles, cantilever systems, modified control arms, etc.

• 1 point for frame notch (bolt in)
• 2 points for frame notch (weld in)
• 2 point for front section “Z”
• 3 point for stock floor body drop (moving body mounts down on frame)
• 1 point for “boxing frame”
• 1 point for bridging the frame
• 1 point for static lowering
• 1 point for static lifting
• 1 point for bagged back
• 1 point for bagged front
• 1 point for custom control arms
• 1 point for custom rear suspension (2 link, 4 link, 5 link, watts linkage, etc)
• 3 points for complete custom back half
• 5 points for mandrel bent custom back half
• 7 points for full custom frame (front to rear)
• 2 points for cantilever suspension
• 2 point for hiding lines (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic) inside of frame
• 1 point for visible hard mounted lines (zip ties do not count)
• 1 point for hard lines versus flexible lines
• 1 point for narrowed rear end
• 1 point for custom gas tank
• 1 point for raised cross members
• 3 points for static raise over 4”
• 1 point for body lift
• 1 point for custom shock absorber system


FINISH: MAXIMUM 10 POINTS
We are looking for attention to detail. Chrome polished, paint free of swirl marks, graphics, pin striping, chromed or painted to match bolts, did you use billet frame mounts for you airlines or did you just zip tie em??? Wink

• 1 point for polished paintjob (no swirls, marks).
• 1 point for hard mounted lines (no zipties).
• 1 point for polished (chrome, billet, bright work).
• 1 point for hand painted pinstriping (above clear coat).
• 2 points for hand painted pinstriping (under clear coat).
• 2 points for custom paintjob (1-3 colors) leveled under clear coat.
• 3 points for custom paintjob (4-7 colors) leveled under clear coat.
• 4 points for custom paintjob(8 < colors) leveled under clear coat.
• 5 points for flawless black.
• 1 point per rail (two rails) with custom airbrush work.
• 3 points for flawless candy paintjob (no fading).
• 3 points for flawless boat flake paintjob (no fading).
• 1 point for decoupage.
• 1 point for gold leaf.
• 2 point for carrying graphics into unseen areas.
